Quad speed skating
I'm looking to see if there are any groups around the Richmond VA area that does quad speed skating. I use to do it growing up. I've been playing roller derby the last 5 years. I may have to give up derby due to bone density issues, but don't want stop skating. I'd love to see about getting back into quad speed skating. Thanks!

Check your local rinks. My home rink has specific speed skating memberships, meet-ups, and access to Nationals etc... I wouldn't be surprised if your local rinks did too.
