Refurbish plastic kids skates

Hi! I recently acquired a pair of kids skates, the kind with the plastic shell boot. They’re structurally sound but pretty obviously wells used, lots of scuffs etc. Any suggestions on how to clean them up or refurbish them before I give them to my kiddo?
