What causes plates/frames/blades to break?
I'm relatively new to skating so I wanted to collect some images and ask others to do the same.
I'd like to dedicate this thread to broken plates, broken frames, and broken blades. Please post pictures of cracked or broken plates, frames, or blades along with the boot and other useful information like what the set-up was used for. If someone has seen damage like that, could they describe what could have caused it and how to avoid damage like what's shown?

Has anyone seen a plate like this snap in this area?
Yeah. Jumping landing hard not bending the knees enough on landing. Most plates have a tie bar that connects the kingpins to help prevent this
