Transition from Quad to Slalom Inline Skate
Hi & greetings...
Any drills or exercise recommendations for newly transitioned inline skater from quad skating to master the moves in slalom.
I found that ankle strength and shin muscles are weak and not well utilised (due to muscle memories from quad skating?).
Any inputs would be much appreciated.
Thanks 🙏

Jump right in. You'll get the muscles from doing the slalom tech. For what it's worth (FWIW), I think it's valuable to be able to switch approaches. The following is a playlist that goes into great detail with different slalom tech.

Great and thanks 👍
Oh hello! This is one of my favorite topics. I would recommend a really old series of videos that covers all easy and beginner basic moves from three different views. The back, the front and then slowed down.
