If you like to go fast then 100's are the way to go, and are the choice of most fitness skaters. 70's are slower but more maneuverable so if you skate on really crowded trails or if you like to get fancy when you skate, they might be your best bet. …

Bont sizes run quite a bit smaller than normal. Probably best to call the dealer or Bont and talk to someone about it. Also make sure you understand their return policy if they still don't fit.
