Help identifying vtg skates

I'm familiar with a lot of skates, but for the life of me I can't figure out the history of these skates. All I know is they were made in Switzerland and appears to be from the 70's. Possibly derby skates? Anyone know anything about these? Approximate value? Thanks!

I don't know anything about them, but by looking at them I'd say worthless for skating. They almost look like kid's skates, love the toe stops! Possibly might have more value as a show piece or like for a collector. I'm interested to see if anyone knows anything more about them.
