Is this too high? And needs lower centre of gravity?
Do you think the gap between the wheels (90 mm) and the bottom of the boot is too much (about 15mm), btw the frame is 12” with 165/195mm mounting.
Would other brands also have that kind of height or gap?

Frame length 305mm?
Frame using 100x4 wheels.
With 90mm wheels it looks high.
If you use a frame dedicated to 90mm wheels, it can be lowered by about 7~8mm.

Deck heights are all over the map depending on what you are looking for.
Low deck height gives more stability and less ankle strain while higher deck heights give more power transfer and better cornering at lower angles.
Its tough to tell but it looks like your frame says 4x90 so even though there appears to be a big gap it looks like the correct set up.
The question then is do you feel stable on these skates without pronating or tiring too easily? If not you can try working on ankle strength vs getting a new set up.
