Wide foot quads that will last on a budget

I am a father of 6 (soon to be 7) and we live on a single income. I was able to get some decent quads (leather boot + metal plate) for my eldest last year when she turned 11. My 2nd wants to transition from inlines to quads and I want to get some that can last through several kids.

Her feet are on the wide side.

I'd like to get some wide set leather boots with a metal plate. We skate outdoors and at the rink (no skate parks yet). I am not worried about wheel type. If they come with outdoor I will get some indoor wheels (or vice versa).

Any advice?

  • This boot is a bont quadstar has a very wide toebox it’s leather I guess the liner will go up on you a little bit but outer shell is really solid

  • Sure Grip Rebel boots run on the wide side and I have seen some of them hold up to multiple seasons of derby. The Bont previously mentioned would work as well.
