Bont sizing?

I am trying to purchase the ParkStar Park Roller Skates for an adult male that is typically an 10.5-11 american mens size. However when I measured his foot as per the website instructions, his size was recommended at a 8.5 in Bont skates. I have attached the picture of his left and right foot measurements for reference. Maybe I wasn't able to measure accurately but I got: left and right are 10.83 in (275 mm) length and 4 in (101.6 mm). They’re for his birthday and I want to ensure that I choose the right size for him! Thank you!

    Bont sizes run quite a bit smaller than normal. Probably best to call the dealer or Bont and talk to someone about it. Also make sure you understand their return policy if they still don't fit.

    Hello I’m actually a self proclaimed Bont boot size guy so I can definitely help you for the size 11 US size you want a 9 1/2 or for a 10 1/2 US size you want a size 9

    I am a size 8 and the 6 1/2 Bont size fits me perfect

    Thank you @I2endurancerace this definitely helps so much! I am going to order and 9.5 bont size for him! I contacted bont a few times via email but I haven't received a response yet, thank you again!
